What is Energy?
The power you have and taking care if it.
Transition. Maybe you chose it: Career change, relationship shift, personal evolution. Maybe it chose you: upheaval, circumstances beyond control. Either way, something has shifted, and you're trying to figure out how to navigate from here. Let’s propose a different way of thinking about your life and energy. It's not a theory. It's not a formula. It's a framework for awareness. A starting point for understanding where you are and where you want to go.
Energy = Power. Power comes from?
Imagine the energy that powers you is like a battery. When you were born it was full charged - 100%. From that moment, it's been declining. That's not pessimistic, it's honest. Like all batteries, it has a lifespan. And like all batteries, your battery can recharge temporarily through good moments, meaningful experiences, and alignment with what matters.
But here's what makes it tricky:
You don't know your battery’s total capacity. You don't know when your battery runs out
You don't know if your battery is faulty (illness, genetics, circumstances)
You do know a battery drains faster when its not aligned
You do know that a battery can leak without you noticing
The question isn't how to live forever. The question is: What are you using your battery on?
Misalignment Drains Energy
You are surrounded by influences that are impacting you. Positive and negative. Most of us were never educated on how to interpret our emotions, the clearest signal of LB’s state. So you navigate life making decisions without really knowing if they're aligned or just going through motions.
Emotional - How you feel and process
Mental - How you think and rationalize
Physical - Your body's state and needs
Social - Relationships and connections
Environmental - Your surroundings and context
How Coaching Works in this framework: 6 Steps to Awareness
This isn't a formula that solves everything. It's a map that helps you see where you are: Life is complex and transitory. Alignment isn't a destination—it's ongoing recalibration. The framework creates awareness. Coaching creates action. When you work with me, we use these six steps as a diagnostic tool—not a rigid process. This isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you become conscious of your situation so you can make choices from clarity instead of confusion.
Evaluate and decide your current values
Work on themes for your purpose connected to those values
Measure the impact of those influences
Review your values when change is happening
Repeat
Life is complex and transitory. Alignment isn't a destination—it's ongoing recalibration
Two Paths Forward
Path 1: Self-Guided
Use this framework on your own. Reflect on LB. Work through the six steps. See what shifts.
Path 2: Coached
Let's navigate this together. I'll help you identify the leaks, clarify your values, and spend Fred on what actually matters during this transition.
Coaching is proactive LB management. It's choosing alignment over autopilot.

If you need more time to think, that's fine too. Fred is yours to spend.
GAPS - theme.
Habits
Values - exercise etc
Leaving it to your emotions to make a decision as to wether to do something or not. Emotionally feel like doing doing it - never happens
Structure.
Emotional granularity - improve your ability to communicate your emotional state. Demonstrate with example.
Experiment like a scientist.
Emotional block - otherwise you will not move
Clarity and direction - Many people feel like they know something needs to change in their life or work, but they can't quite put their finger on what or how. Coaching helps you get clear on what you actually want and create a realistic path to get there.
Breaking through patterns - You might find yourself repeating the same frustrating cycles - procrastinating on important projects, having the same types of conflicts, or feeling overwhelmed by decisions. A coach helps you recognize these patterns and develop new approaches.
Accountability without judgment - It's easy to make promises to yourself and then let them slide. Having regular conversations with someone who's genuinely invested in your success creates natural accountability while providing encouragement rather than criticism.
Thinking partner - Sometimes you need someone to help you think through complex situations, weigh options, or see possibilities you might be missing. Coaches are trained to ask questions that help you discover your own insights and solutions.
Skill building - Whether it's having difficult conversations, managing your time more effectively, or building confidence in new situations, coaching provides a structured way to develop capabilities that serve you long-term.
Support during change - Major transitions - like starting a new role, difficult relationship, or launching a business - can feel isolating. Coaching provides steady support as you navigate uncertainty.
