I am second generation, son of a director, who went to set when he was a kid and knew straight away I felt comfortable.

30 years in post production as an artist, VFX supervisor, head of department to Managing Director at Mill NYC and Harbor Picture Company.

VFX Supervisor for 150+ shoots including Super Bowl spots, in multiple countries, with Agencies like BBDO, BBH, JWT, Havas, 72 Sunny, Saatchi for brands like Nike, Samsung, Audi, Geico, Toyota, Budweiser, etc, with A list directors from Smuggler, etc.

I have a reputation as a manager who knows how to take care of creatives whilst having an acumen for business. I managed with high retention rates and multiple % growth in revenue.

A key thread in my career has been managing people. Casting the right employees, aligning them on a goal. Getting them face in the same direction and then motivating them to move together.

Early in my career my boss said to me “We don’t do jobs we conqueror them. If your not conquering, what are you doing?”

When your staff is aligned you will conqueror the competition simply because they are not.
