What’s your story?Whats your biggesst fear?

Gaps:

A gap between where we are and where we want to go. Gaps that have been lost, or a gap you crave for yourself.

What goal are you trying to achieve?

What are you unwilling to tolerate any longer?

What is stopping you?

Insight:

Having a thought-provoking conversation will provide a space for you to explore what change means to you and how to pursue it in a way that honors who you truly are.

Talk about what’s possible. Release pressure. Be seen. Have a partner who won’t be afraid to tell you the truth, to say things that no one else will say. Who will question your answers and remind of your power.

What do you think about that?

A key thread in my career has been managing people. Casting the right employees, aligning them on a goal. Getting them face in the same direction and then motivating them to move together.

Early in my career my boss said to me “We don’t do jobs we conqueror them. If your not conquering, what are you doing?”

When your staff is aligned you will conqueror the competition simply because they are not.
