My Story:
My first big leap was at the prestigious Sight Effects, a boutique studio in LA. Super Bowl spots and Nike campaigns with W&K, including the original Bugs Bunny Michael Jordan spot.
After moving to NYC I spent fifteen years at The Mill NY. A VFX Supervisor on 120+ shoots. The head of 2D with 40+ artists, highest revenue department in the Mill with a 98.2% retention rate to become the Managing Director.
I then joined Harbor Picture Company as the MD of Advertising where I grew the business 40% in 2.5 years.
I have spent decades building and maintaining excellent creative teams that have achieved creative excellence and bottom line results.
That success led me to coaching, guiding clients to capitalize on the power of their teams. It isn't the right thing to do, it's the most profitable approach to building a thriving business.
