Before becoming a coach, I spent three decades working inside industry-leading creative companies. I began my career as an award-winning visual effects artist before transitioning into senior and executive leadership roles, completing the full arc from creative execution to leading teams, culture, and commercial performance.
I now use that experience to help individuals, teams, and creative businesses strengthen leadership capability, alignment, culture and performance.
