I have spent thirty years in creative industries — as an artist, a manager and an MD. Working inside industry-leading creative companies. I began my career as an award-winning visual effects artist before transitioning into senior and executive leadership roles, completing the full arc from creative execution to leading teams, culture, and commercial performance.
ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
