Starting as a compositor at Sight Effects in Los Angeles, I contributed to iconic campaigns such as the first Nike’s “Bugs Bunny & Michael Jordan” for Wieden and Kennedy.

My career evolved during a 15-year tenure at The Mill NY, where I rose from Lead Compositor/VFX Supervisor of over 100+ shoots, to Head of 2d, to Managing Director.

It was on this journey towards leadership, with an acumen for technology and analytics, that I shaped my view and how to approach the employees. By prioritizing 1:1’s, career growth and listening to the insight they provided on issues at the company, I achieved a 98.2% retention rate and a profitable business.

Later, as Managing Director at Harbor Picture Company, I applied this same philosophy to grow the business by 42%. In three years, with an intentional and focused goal, I built a VFX department, integrating it into live action, editorial, color, design and audio.

I work with people in creative industries because I've lived inside them. I understand the particular pressures of a culture built on talent, ego, deadlines and relationships. I understand what it costs a business when those things go wrong, and what becomes possible when they go right.

My success stems from making teams feel they belong, an a mindset I call Consistent Intentional Dialogue CID™.
